Subprocessors & Data Flow

Last updated: December 26, 2025

This page explains how Learning-Focused uses third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) to deliver our website, Learning-Focused Online, and the Spark suite of apps, and how data flows between these services.

This page is intended to support school, district, and procurement reviews and should be read together with our Privacy Policy:

1) Overview: How Data Flows

Learning-Focused provides professional learning resources and AI-powered planning tools for K–12 educators. To do this efficiently and securely, we rely on well-established third-party platforms.

  1. Users access our website, store, and learning platform.
  2. Accounts, purchases, and learning content are hosted by platform providers.
  3. Spark apps process educator inputs and may send prompts to AI services to generate outputs.
  4. Limited planning information created in Spark may be stored for later access.

We design our Services so that student names and direct student personal data are not required or intended to be entered.
