Lisa Tate

Lisa has been an educator with over 30 years of experience. Her career includes roles as an elementary teacher, assistant principal, principal, and a School Leadership Coach for the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. She most recently served as the Director of Elementary Education for Pitt County Schools. As a Learning-Focused Specialist, Lisa is passionate in partnering with teachers and school leaders to enhance meaningful instructional practices and accelerate student achievement.
